TEROSON EP 5065 SB 200ML IMPACT BONDER
Collision repair calls for tough, impact-resistant bonders like TEROSON® EP 5065 SB. This 2-part, high-strength, solvent-free, epoxy resin-based adhesive provides excellent wedge-peel strength, even at extreme temperatures -40°F to 176°F. When cured, it is hard, but not brittle. This makes it ideal for structural bonding of metals when crash behavior requirements are high (e.g. car body steel with or without e-coat, galvanized steel and aluminum). For application, use a dispenser with a piston rod (e.g., TEROSON® ET DISPENSER POWERLINE II). Surface preparation with LOCTITE® SF 7611 recommended.
